Broccoli Soup

Broccoli Soup

Bring to a boil and cook until tender:

1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli or 2-3 cups chopped fresh broccoli
2 bouillon cubes (chicken or beef)
1 cup water

In blender, combine:

2 cups milk
1/2 cup flour
2 cups processed cheese

Blend until smooth and add this to broccoli plus 1 cup milk.
Cook and stir until thick.
Salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with seasoned croutons or french fried onions.
