Baked Macaroni & Cheese

Baked Macaroni & Cheese

INGREDIENTS:
1 (16 oz) uncooked macaroni
1 (16 oz) cottage cheese
1 (16 oz) sour cream
1 (16 oz) shredded sharp cheddar cheese
3 eggs
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp paprika

DIRECTIONS:
1. Preheat oven to 350ยบ. Grease 9”x 13” pan

2. Boil macaroni 8 - 10 minutes, drain. Mix cottage cheese, sour cream, shredded cheddar, eggs & cayenne pepper. Mix in macaroni. Pour into prepared pan, sprinkle with paprika.

3. Cover loosely with foil and bake 40-50 minutes.

• may add 1 cup more shredded cheese if you prefer cheesier.
• may remove foil last 10-15 minutes for browning if you prefer.
