School Cafeteria Goulash

School Cafeteria Goulash

1 lb. ground beef
1 small box macaroni, cooked and drained
1 green pepper chopped
1 onion chopped
1 14 1/2oz can diced tomatoes
3 tbs tomato paste
1 tbs chili powder
2 tbs brown sugar
salt & pepper to taste
1 tsp minced garlic opt.

Brown ground beef with onion and green pepper.  (drain fat)   
Add cooked macaroni and remaining ingredients.
Cook over low heat until thickens.
Serve with homemade yeast rolls.  This was my favorite school lunch :)
